Prospect intent platform for a mission-critical software vendor
A specialist B2B software business operating in always-on infrastructure markets faced a fundamental sales problem: prospects were few, cycles were long, and the buying window, when it opened, closed fast. We built a custom intent intelligence platform combining Snitcher and Microsoft Clarity with an AI-enriched data pipeline across Apollo and Perplexity. The system accumulates behavioural signals across repeat visits, scores intent in real time, and delivers a fully enriched prospect (including session recordings) directly into HubSpot at the moment they're ready to be contacted.

Custom membership platform for a national trade association
A UK plumbing association managing a national membership base had outgrown a legacy system carrying significant technical debt, unable to support new features or scale with the organisation. We replaced it end-to-end with a bespoke platform on AWS and Laravel: a self-service member portal used by plumbers in the field to manage accounts, renew memberships, and make payments, alongside a full back-office CRM and analytics dashboard for internal admin staff. Payment processing, membership management, and real-time reporting, rebuilt entirely to the association's requirements, with the headroom to grow.
